I feel like I'm dreaming! Internet Sales consultant Stephen Powell was so informative and helped us make an educated choice. He did not put any pressure on us for any particular car but gave us room to choose what was going to work best for us, even if that wasn't with them. Executive Manager Kim Yuquimpo was also amazing. Gave us such a great deal that we couldn't pass up the opportunity!

Wow I'm surprised with that service. Recently purchased a used Quest at this location. I worked exclusively with Stephen Powell as he was recommended by a family member. Stephen is extremely accommodating and has a zero pressure approach which is of course great from a consumer point of view.

I ended up buying an used Xterra, a couple of thousand above KBB but the truck came with a warranty which I thought was valuable.
During the negotiation process he stepped away so I could call my fianc. He never applied sale pressure and he followed up with a post purchase phone call. My wife first talked to Stephen Powell awhile back about trading her Fiat for a Nissan Altima. Stephen listened to our concerns about getting a good car with the same payment, if not a little more. We were actually surprised that we were able to get an Altima given our situation at the time.
My wife had talked about how something like an Altima would be the perfect car for her as it had the mpg she was looking for and had way more space than her Fiat had. We again spoke to Stephen about our outlook for starting a family soon and our need to have an SUV that would be able to cater to our daily needs. Again, Stephen worked around the monthly payment that we wanted to pay at the end and we got all the important features we stated we wanted in our new SUV. We really appreciated that he laid out all the details and explained things that made it very easy for my wife and I to understand. He also made sure that we got a good deal and knew the status of my trade- in car regarding equity.
My wife and I never thought for a moment that Stephen was too pushy. Stephen also cracked a few jokes to lighten up the negotations. We've had a few questions after trading the Kia in and Stephen has been available to answer all our questions. They always ask us how we are doing and makes us feel as if we are part of the family. It's these type of experiences that make my wife and I appreciate this dealership. The atmosphere can't be beat!

I originally came here for the first time asking for a quote on an Altima because the Fiat I had was way too pricey, plus I had the worse experience at the National City mile of cars service place and not the vehicle I wanted. Stephen at the time was so genuine and informative and I just was so grateful to be able to have someone explain things so easily for me and me.
I was glad I made this change because my Altima has great miles per gallon plus more space for me to use in case I got shopping. He originally has a Kia Optima and decided to trade in for a new SUV. Stephen took his time to explain options and we decided to get our 2. I'm so happy that Stephen was available and able to assist as his knowledge and sense of humor always is a key to make us feel comfortable in this big decision. I am also happy with Maria Gomez she's wonderful in helping with all questions about what paperwork is being signed. She always greets us with a smile and very welcoming . She's like family to us now always asking how we are doing (wedding, in life) and going above and beyond to help us with our cars.
